Welcome to ZeoTrack, India's leading AI-powered GPS tracking solution. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of ZeoTrack products and services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

ZeoTrack is a product of CadenceCove, a company registered in India. We are committed to providing the best vehicle security solutions with complete transparency.

2.Product Purchase & Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

3.Warranty Policy

Warranty Exclusions:

• Physical damage due to mishandling
• Water damage beyond IP67 rating specifications
• Damage from incorrect installation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

4.Refund Policy

Refund Conditions:

• Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Device must be in original condition with all accessories
• Original packaging must be intact
• Refund processed within 7-10 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer

Non-Refundable Items:

• Devices with physical damage
• Products returned after 30 days
• Installation services once completed

5.GPS Tracking Service

ZeoTrack reserves the right to modify service features with prior notice to users. Any changes will be communicated via email and app notifications. After the first year, app subscription and SIM recharge plans are available at competitive rates.

6.User Responsibilities

By using ZeoTrack products, you agree to:

• Install the device only on vehicles you own or have authorization to track
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable Indian laws
• Not use the device for any illegal surveillance or stalking
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the device

8.Limitation of Liability

While ZeoTrack strives to provide the best vehicle security solution:

• ZeoTrack is not an insurance product and does not guarantee theft prevention
• GPS accuracy depends on satellite availability and environmental factors
• Cellular connectivity depends on network coverage in your area
• AI predictions are based on patterns and may not be 100% accurate
• ZeoTrack is not liable for losses due to network outages or force majeure

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

ZeoTrack, the ZeoTrack logo, and all related trademarks are the property of CadenceCove. The AI algorithms, software, and firmware are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
